Sable Farms

A regenerative farm and gathering place, taking shape on the Boulder Creek campus.
We found a 120-acre former school campus in the Kootenai Valley. Ten buildings. Commercial kitchens. Cabins, a dining hall, a barn. Creeks, ponds, timber, and mountain views.
The school closed in 2022. Everything is still standing. We walked the property and asked the only question that matters: what does this place want to become?
The answer, as it stands today: a working campus for people and land. People come to stay, and while they are here they learn, build, and share. Not a ground-up build. The buildings exist. We secure, open, and put them back to work.
Three names, clear lines. Sable Farms stands on its own property, economics, and decisions. re•world activates it. Boulder Creek Retreat, next door, is a collaborator and shared context.
The story is open. Financials and diligence are shared by invitation.
Start with the place and what happens on it. Then the three different reasons capital takes part, and which one fits you.
What moved this week, what is next, and what we need. Written by the people building it, once a week, no longer than it has to be.
